What is the current lead time for orders?
Most of our holsters are made-to-order. Typically, orders ship within 5 to 10 business days, though some Quick Ship items may depart sooner.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All Black Arch Holsters come with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your holster, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin production quickly, we can only accept modifications within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How do I care for and clean my holster?
For hybrid holsters, wipe the Kydex with a damp cloth and use a leather conditioner on the hide. For all-synthetic models, mild soap and water are sufficient.
